    自我成长不放松,精进教学迎新年。为了以更好的状态迎接新一年,英语中心举办了为期三天的英语教师培训,本次培训主题围绕同课异构、语法和自然拼读法展开。全体中外教老师参加了此次培训。

    Self - growth is a good way to welcome the new year. In order to welcome the New Year in a better state. The English Teaching Center holds a three-day workshop for English teachers. The theme of this workshop is about different class design on the same topic, grammar class model, and phonics. All the teachers in English Teaching Center take part in this workshop.



    第一天的培训围绕低段阅读课同课异构文本分析展开。首先,刘晓彤老师为大家进行低段阅读课文本分析:针对一级学生,老师可以精简内容,图文结合展示文本并组织学生进行角色扮演。针对二级学生,老师可以适当增加对话难度。针对三级学生,老师可以注重文本的语法知识点。低段英语教师根据文本进行自主设计,并进行了精彩的课堂展示。

    The first day of training focuses on the Text Analysis of lower level. Ms. Gaby analyzes the reading text for lower level. For first level students, teachers can simplify the content, display the text with pictures and words, and organize students to play roles.The teacher can adjust the difficulty of the dialogue according to the students’ level. For students in level three, teachers can pay attention to the grammar points of the text.The English teachers in lower design the text by themselves and make wonderful demo classes.



    第二天的培训内容围绕高段阅读课同课异构和语法分析展开。易静玲老师分析文本的基本结构,选择相应阅读策略,并利用合适思维导图帮助学生整理主题思想和细节。值得强调的是,学生在阅读课中还需要有深度思考的过程。

    The second day of training focuses on the text analysis of higher level and grammar. Ms. Aileen analyzes the basic structure of the text and chooses the appropriate reading strategy. She gives the advice that we should use the mind maps to help the students to get the main ideas and details.It should be noted that students need to have a deep thinking in the reading class.



    外教Linda带来的语法课程分享:英语学习离不开语法,一个句子要清晰没有歧义就必须要正确的运用语法形式。Linda老师分享了自己对语法课程的理解和思考,并展示了如何在四级课程中通过语法的运用,来提升课堂效率。就如同如果一辆火车要高速运行就必须在相应的轨道上,语法点的落实就像给火车安装的高速轨道。

    The ESL teacher Mr Linda shares his viewpoint of grammar with us. Grammar is indispensable to English learning.Sentences can change the meaning if the grammar changes. Mr Linda shares his understanding about grammar courses. He shows how to apply grammar in level 4 courses. The good usage of grammar improves classroom efficiency. if the train wants to run at high speed, it must be on the right track. The application of grammar is just like to install high-speed tracks for trains.



    第三天的培训内容围绕高段阅读课同课异构和自然拼读法展开。吴虹老师针对自己的阅读课说:我的课程目标学生是初中入门级,因此在整体文章做了删减和修改。整节课程以senses为切入点,以Mind-up为线索,从文章主旨到细节依次展开。

    The third day of training focuses on the text analysis of higher level and phonics. Ms. Rainbow says for her reading class, "My course is for students who are at the junior high school, so I delete and revise the whole article.The whole course starts with senses and uses mind-up as a clue. it starts from the main ideas to the details."



    为了夯实低段英语老师的自然拼读教学技巧,我们特别邀请武汉枫叶园区资深英语教师胡晓璐为我们带来一场精彩纷呈的自然拼读法主题培训。胡老师分享了自己在教学过程中是如何应用自然拼读教学的,要从学生的角度出发和思考如何让课程生动有趣。胡老师在展示教学片断时用拟人化的方式赋予一个个字母生命,枯燥的字母变成了我们的好友。生动有趣的方式一下子吸引了大家的注意力。大家都从胡老师的分享中收获良多。

    In order to improve the ability of teaching phonics, Ms Lulu,a senior teacher from Wuhan Maple Leaf, has been invited to give us a wonderful training of phonics. Ms. Lulu shares us how to apply phonics in the classes. In order to make the course lively and interesting, we need to think from the perspective of students. Ms. Lulu gives us a good example about how to make letters become our friends.The vivid and interesting way catches everyone's attention at once. Everyone benefits a lot from Miss Lulu’s sharing.



    在每一个课型培训后,都有充分的时间让老师们独立备课并展示一节完整的课堂,再由所有的中外教老师一起点评,不仅给了老师们自由思考的时间,也有合作探究的机会,这次培训是开放的培训,更是互助式的培训。在这三天的培训中,老师们积极发言,交换观点,大家全情投入。 

    After each lesson training, there is enough time for the teachers to prepare and present a complete lesson independently. All the bilingual teachers and ESL teachers give their feedback and advice. During this workshopthe teachers have enough time to deep thinking and also opportunities to discuss the topics. We devote ourselves to this training.
